Our delivery partners

Kuwait Delivery:

  • Fabric of Society shall deliver to Kuwait via our private courier service.
  • If you fail to receive your order after two delivery attempts, we will cancel the order, deduct any associated costs we would have incurred and refund the rest to the original source of payment.

International Delivery:

  • Fabric of Society shall deliver to the middle east in partnership with FedEx.
  • If you fail to receive your order after two delivery attempts, we will cancel the order, deduct any associated costs we would have incurred and refund the rest to the original source of payment.

 

Fabric of Society is not responsible in any way for delays caused by our courier partners. P.O. boxes are not serviceable. Kindly note that it may be possible to collect a signature upon delivery. This is controlled by your local authorities or the courier company. Should you wish to require signature upon delivery, please convey this request to Fabric of Society in writing via email or via the “order notes” section of the checkout page. We will respond to you promptly via email to inform you if it will be possible to fulfil your request. We will convey this request to the delivery courier, but it is not guaranteed that this request will be fulfilled.

Fabric of Society will not be liable for any loss, damage or theft that may take place after the order has been marked delivered at the address by the courier. Please coordinate with FedEx for successful delivery. If you fail to collect your order during delivery or the courier is unable to deliver the item at your address due to your actions (or inaction), we shall cancel the order and refund the order value after deducting any applicable shipping, customs, duties and taxes charges that we have incurred as part of your order or while attempting to fulfil your order.

Please ensure you input your data carefully and correctly when placing an order as we will not be able to change the delivery address once your order is placed. 

Fabric of Society is unable to change data added by the customer. Including by not limited to changes of delivery address, names and email addresses. 

Where a shipping redirection is requested Fabric of Society will assist at their discretion and will not be responsible or liable for shipping partner costs, delays or any other issues which may arise as a result of the redirection request. Fabric of Society will also not be liable to refund customers for any deliveries delayed or lost due to a shipping redirection request.
